I simply love Housemusic, started producing in 1995 (at the age of 15) and by now had the pleasure to work with wonderful people such as Chez Damier, Dj Romain, Ralph Session or E-Man....
The Sound:
The music can be described as nonorthodox and innovative Housemusic: Soulful and deep elements confront with raw and shuffled parts, a fact that gives the result an incomparable, highly danceable blend. I always try to densify an opulent complexity and get to the point immediately.
Characteristic are also multi-layered tracks and lots of ghost notes.

The Way:
I produced my first Housetracks in 1995. From this point my production skills developed automatically from year to year, the analogously growing homestudio gave me freedom for experimentation and set the cornerstones for my current style. Back then, my heroes were some of the people I am now working with.
After 3 years of abstinence, I started producing in 2005 again, now with a deeper focus on subtle sampling and less bound to one specific subgenre. In mid-2007 I presented first results to the public. The reactions were massive and motivating at once.
The Raw Shade EP marks my way into public. Though not available on the bigger portals and not promoted at all it received some great feedback but sold bad.
Soon after that 2 tracks namely "Metro Tendencies" and "Stiletto" appeared on Milanese label GKF in 2009 (under my "Duoswing" moniker). The EP received massive feedback and plays within the scene by the means of Jimpster, etc...
In 2010 I launched Motivic Records, a label with 5 highly acclaimed releases so far, featured on dozens of radiostations, played by many Djs across the globe.
I always wanted to be free to release my music and the music of respected artists on a serious platform and stay flexible. But the businesspart was tricky, and because of administrative issues my own productions for the first time fell by the wayside. To prevent loosing my focus I stopped the administrative work for the label in mid 2011.
My work on Motivic includes Glance a Aaron Carl favourite, my mix for Discjackson "Strawam" and in 2011 my track The Hum - feat. mag. moiselle..
Since I recognized, that I love to DJ after my first official sets in 2010, I also fell into editing. You can hear them mostly in my sets.
The Future:
In early 2012 a completely unique version of "Release the Demons" by Ralph Session & E-Man will appear. This year will see my songs on Chez Damiers Balance Alliance label. Planned are also one or two private releases of my latest works.
Influences:
While listening to all forms of music from Hip Hop to Jazz, Soul and Disco I always had a weakness for House imports from labels such as Henry Street, Wake Up, Dust Traxx, Harmonie Park or Undaground Therapy. Fact is, that I wouldn`t have discovered genres like Soul, Disco or Funk in depth without that thing called Housemusic. My addiction for soulful, rare and classic dancemusic harmonizes full well with my own musical output.
Beside classic DJ`s and artists from the disco era like Patrick Adams and Gregory Carmichael, more recent artists such as Kerri Chandler, Chez Damier, Todd Edwards, Terrence Parker and Hip Hop grandmasters Ugly Duckling, the Wu Tang Clan and Dj Premier influenced my musical way.
Other influences apart from music include sports, automobiles, literature, design and art in general.
